Soothing Goatmilk Bath Salt

Our Goat Milk Bath Soaks are made with pure essential oils that provide antioxidant, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory benefits.  Milk baths are a relaxing way to rejuvenate your skin, body, and mind.

Milk baths are a relaxing and inexpensive way to rejuvenate your skin, body, and mind.  These wonderful bath soaks using goat milk products will make you feel like Cleopatra herself!

Our Goat Milk Bath Soaks are made with pure essential oils that provide antioxidant, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory benefits.  Epsom salts draw out impurities from your skin.  For best results, it is recommended to relax in your bath for about 40 minutes to an hour, using hot water that will open up your pores.

The proteins and fat may help soften and soothe the skin. And lactic acid is a gentle exfoliator.  Exfoliation is important for shedding dead skin cells, which can lead to softer skin.

  • Fill a bathtub with warm water and add in milk and optional ingredients.
  • Mix water and milk with your arm or foot to combine.
  • Soak and relax for 20 to 30 minutes.

In between your therapeutic baths, try goat milk skincare products, like soap and lotion, to maintain your healthy skin.
